Choosing Kindness: Choose kindness this day, intentionally look at those around you, those in your life, a spouse, family, friends, co-workers, fellow motorists, fellow commuters, etc. and observe the level of kindness you give to them. I don’t like the phase ‘show kindness’, rather it needs to be given away like a gift, not expecting anything in return.
